Vincent Remodeling has been remodeling houses in the Fox Valley area since 2001.  We are based in Batavia.  Most of our work is through delighted customers referring their friends to us.  The owner, Todd Propp,  is a registered Civil Engineer in Iowa with a background in structural engineering, project management, and whole home rehab work.   He has also worked at a local home improvement center as a kitchen designer and is very creative in making beautiful and functional changes to meet your lifestyle needs.  We offer remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks, windows, doors, siding, and painting.   We will also help you with small projects such as shelving, trim, door/drawer repair, ceiling fans, attic fans, bathroom fans, drywall repair, laundry room improvements, electrical upgrades, and plumbing repairs.  

We have an excellent team of licensed subcontractors to assist us in full line remodeling.  In addition, we specialize in home inspection list repairs, in preparation to sell or as part of a contract to sell your home.   We enjoy being your total home resource whether it is a dream kitchen or a cabinet door repair.  We are insured and will provide a list of references upon request to assure you that you are in good hands.
